           At this beautiful moment , with you my days become more beautiful and more meaningful , both with shared stories and bad , the members support each other and with the spirit of the fabric . Many memories will not be forgotten that we 've been through together.

              Increasingly close , obstacles and temptations even more , when we are separated in space and time , we are always committed to mate was not going anywhere . We run it though life itself apart , but our hearts remain together .

             With that comes the problem but it does not make us afraid of losing , but it makes us learn to be an adult . The more severe the problem , and the more we mature .

           With the heart we put together to be together again and live with a smile , although not seharmonis first but we keep trying to do better. While there we met and we had each other to learn to be an adult .

           Over time we are living together and happy .

Weaknesses of Indonesian Economic

Chamber of Indonesia Commerce and Industry (Kadin) declared Indonesian economy that is actually very promising for both domestic and foreign investors. However, there are still weaknesses seeing by Kadin of the economy that need to be addressed. Vice Chairman of Kadin Indonesia, Novian Anindya Bakrie said, promising Indonesian economy is evidenced by incoming investment, private consumption, and vibrant business world.

"But there are still some weaknesses that Indonesia's economic structure needs to be addressed now," said Anindya at Menara Kadin Jakarta, Wednesday (06/03/2013).

Anindya see Indonesia's economic weakness is in the trade deficit. Currently due to larger imports than exports then it makes more Indonesian trade balance to be deficit. Moreover, the largest import of oil and gas.

On the other hand, Anindya also highlights subsidy of oil (BBM) to the people who actually are not even on target. Current budget fuel subsidy enjoyed by the rich instead.

"As the impact, the deficit and the high pressure gas imports that led to the weakening of the rupiah," he added.

Again, the actual budget for infrastructure even neglected. He rated in the last few months that there is no improvement of government policy so that a problem cannot be resolved. Though foreign investors intending to invest in Indonesia as it will look up the bureaucratic infrastructure. If not good, then foreign investors will pull out of Indonesia.

Kritik                       : Indonesia has never advanced, and always a lot of issues, 

              

                                   especially the economy is now increasingly difficult. more

                                    imports than exports, the fate of Indonesian traders, if

                                    imports greater than exports?? still many shortcomings that

                                    occurred in Indonesia's economy

Pendapat                  : reducing goods imported into Indonesia, Indonesian traders

                                   so much better in production. BBM could be fairer to people

                                    who are capable or not. still many Indonesian economic

                                    structural weaknesses need to be addressed now.

Intan     :          heeeey, how are you?   

Erika    :          Yess, I'm Fine. 

Intan    :           you are ok. he says you're not ok???

Erika     :          Yess, maybe he lied to you.

Intan     :           Hey, Erika! Long time no see! And now your bakery business has   

  

                         gone into a great success. What an achievement!

Erika    :          Thank you, Intan. I’m still trying as best as I can to satisfy every

 customer.

Intan     :           Wow. Can you tell me the story of your success, Erika?

Erika     :           Well, before my business goes this big, I also experienced hard

                         times. At the first time starting out my bakery, my factory where I

                         made the bakery foods was in my own house’s kitchen. I did

                         everything by myself. I made the dough, I baked the dough, I packed

                         the bakery foods, I marketed and distributed my bakery foods to

                         food stalls to be resold all by my self. I tried my best to satisfy people

                         and make them love my bakery foods.

Intan     :          And then… what happened next?

Erika     :          Over time, many people began to like my bakery foods. Seeing that

                        opportunity, with adequate fund of bank loan and driven by strong

                        will, I decided to build and open up my own bakery. It wasn’t still a

                        large bakery. I stopped selling my bakery foods to the food stalls and

                        began to sell them in my own small bakery.

Intan     :          Did many people come to buy right after you opened the bakery?

Erika     :          It was like I needed to start over again. I had to introduce my new-

open bakery to people once more. I made brochures and leaflets to

get people know my bakery. And…. finally, people started to come

over my bakery. My bakery customers then increased in number by

the help of mouth-to-mouth promotions. That was how my

marketing strategy worked.

Intan      :          Wow, weren’t you overwhelmed to handle those customers all by

                         yourself?

Erika      :          Of course, I had trouble to meet customer’s demands. Therefore, I

                         decided to employ workers to work on my bakery. I started out

                         employing 3 workers; 2 workers to work with me making the bakery

                         foods back in the kitchen, and the rest became cashier and salesclerk

                         that serve customers.

Intan      :          Do you need more workers then?

Erika      :         Of course, my scale of production was getting massive over time.

                        Therefore, I started to employ more workers, enlarge and trim up my

                        bakery, enhance my business strategy until today.

Intan        :        What do you consider as the most important thing in running your

                         bakery business?

Erika        :        Definitely, costumer’s satisfaction. I wouldn’t have run my business

                         smoothly if I belittled customer’s satisfaction. One satisfaction of a

                         customer is enough to attract other customers to come.

Intan        :        That’s great, Erika. Thank you for sharing. I wish your story can be

helpful for me someday.
